 The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be set up as a "helper" application in both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer so that it will automatically load and display the PDF file you choose.  Acrobat Reader can also be set up as a separate, stand-alone application in which case you would download the PDF file you want into a directory of your choosing, exit your Internet browser and then load and run the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and/or print the PDF file.
